Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely time at the hotel, enjoying the stunning views and the incredible gardens. The rooms were comfortable, although somewhat sparsely furnished, but the dining experience was excellent with a great breakfast. However, the lack of a safe in the room was a bit disappointing for a four-star establishment. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, especially with the free shuttle service to Frascati and Rome.
The hotel has an incredible view of Rome, and the atmosphere is quite charming. While the rooms are comfortable, some could use a refresh, and the dining experience is very good but not groundbreaking. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is excellent, though the availability can be a bit stretched during busy times.
The stay was marked by disappointment as we were transferred due to overbooking issues. Although the new location, Villa Cavilleti, had a beautiful environment and excellent views, it was essentially a work in progress lacking adequate amenities. The service at Villa Grazioli was frustrating, and I felt we were misled regarding our booking. While there were highlights, especially with the room quality at the new location, the overall experience left much to be desired.
Staying at this hotel was an incredible experience, especially given the backdrop of its historic elegance and remarkable views of Rome. The variety offered at breakfast was delightful, catering to different tastes. It was particularly convenient to have a shuttle service that made getting around so much easier. The only downside was that the rooms, while spacious, could use a bit of updating to match the stunning main building.
This hotel offers a unique blend of historical charm and modern amenities, making it a delightful place to stay. The views from the property are simply breathtaking, and the interior is tastefully decorated. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and the pool area might require more maintenance. Overall, it's a fantastic location for a peaceful getaway with family.
